2010-2011 Board Elections

Nominations for the 2010-2011 CSRC Board of Director elections and CSRC Awards are now available online by clicking each of the links below. All nominations must be received by January 23, 2010. Questions or concerns may be addressed to Leigh Otto.

Board positions available this year include: Vice President. Secretary, Director at Large (3 positions), Metro Chapter President, Southern Chapter President, Northern Chapter President, Western Slope Chapter President.

The CSRC Annual Awards include: Practitioner of the Year, Leadership Practitioner of the Year, Physician of the Year, and the John Wolfe Memorial Award. To Nominate an individual for any of these awards, please fill out he electronic form or submit a letter explaining why this individual is a good candidate. Please include your name and contact information as well as the candidate's. Candidates for all awards, except the John Wolfe Award, must be AARC members. Status will be verified.
